As stated on our blog, we're staggering refunds by refunding our large large orders first (more than 300 owed). Individual orders will take a longer time. As refund money has run out (cos SHOPFLIPFLOPS.COM (they are a scam btw pls don't buy from them!) has not refunded, so we're refunding of our own money which is very limited), we cannot refund most of you for the time being.

We hope that you will understand as it really is not easy to owe people so much money. it's not good on our conscience either. but nevertheless, we're keeping up our efforts to keep refunding everyone.

So far we're still refunding a supplier called yanyi (as stated on blog) and the amount refunded so far has been about 300 out of 746.

We will have 3 other suppliers to refund after that before we move on to individual orders.

Do believe in us and our sincerity in refunding. It's not easy as we do not have jobs and thus no way of getting a loan.
